had my car in for it's winter oil change. i had forgotten about telling them a few months ago that my sunroof leaked one day when it was pouring rain. they remembered and checked it , asking me if i want the simple way or hard way (more involved , getting deep into the drainage columns). since the car sits out any melting slow could leak inside. gave them the go ahead to do the more invasive way and they found one area completely clogged with leaves. never been cleaned in 14 years. everything was cleaned out with no new parts needed. another great job and advisement ; had a loaner 2 days as they also fixed my other car's back window that had fallen down into the door the day before.
