First time going here. An excellent experience. My daughter came from out of town for a visit. As she got close to home , she noticed a loud rattling from the underside of the car. After calling two Nissan dealers and not being able to get an appointment until Monday (granted this was on a Friday at 4:30 pm), I called Gages Lake 𝙰𝚞𝚝𝚘. Spoke to C.J. who said he was open until 6 pm and if we brought it in he would look at it to at least diagnose the problem. Took it in and turns out it was just a loose heat shield, which they reattached right away. When I asked what we owed he said “ Nothing”. What great above and beyond service! They could have easily told us to come in next week(which we weren’t in a position do). They’ve got a new customer.
