took my son's car in for oil change and they found the back up lights didn't work. they tried several things and finally decided the car needed to go to their circuit tech. he was busy at the time with another car so in stead of waiting anymore the guys gave me a loaner. the circuit tech got to the car the same afternoon and worked out the problem. got my car back same day. as usual, great service from the advisors and techs. they even tried to get a key fob they had to work with the car but the car was not equipped with anti-theft so it wouldn't work.

Great service! They are very knowledgeable and explain everything so that you are comfortable with any work needed. They are fair and reasonable. They are also timely, which is important when you have a busy schedule. First time I have used Gages Lake Auto. Found them to be very professional and prompt with their service and communication. My cars resonator rusted out. The exhaust is a one piece assembly but Gages was able to cut out the old resonator and wield in a new one, saving me quite a bit of money.

Anthony, thank you for the great review. We always try to find cost effective solutions to make an effective repair. In this instance, we removed the leaking resonator pipe from your Chevrolet Equinox, and welded in a replacement. Doing the repair this way allowed us to resolve the leak, with out installing a new mid-pipe/resonator/muffler assembly. Thank you again for the 5 STARS!
