I thought I had a rear main gasket that had finally let loose. I brought it in to have them do the work to the tune of around $1200. They called me and told me it was an oil filter that had come loose, and my rear main seal was not the major problem, when they easily could have done the work that I requested and I never would have known the difference. An oil change instead of $1200. Thats the type of real honesty and integrity I value.

Not only were the items taken care of that were on my immediate repair list, but after checking the car over they identified other items in need of repair/replacement. As a former auto mechanic myself, I knew the repairs they suggested were in fact needed.

They are very accomadating, efficient and do good work. They knew money was an issue for me and shopped for the best price possible for needed parts to keep the cost down. They have loaner cars if needed or, in my case, brought me hone and picked me up after work was done.

Had it already in mind what's wrong with my vehicle and the parts to be replace, I just let the mechanic see for it and they got it right and fix the problem. I know already the the price range for this kind of repair (Rack /Pinion) so I am okey with it, but I could be happier if they give me a discount, a costly repair with a hefty pay should be compensated with at least a gift card, just saying for customer satisfaction. Please with the job done, got it on the same day, so far the vehicle is doing well after the repair, I can really tell the difference, no more tightness feel on the steering wheel, smoother turning. Front office staff CJ and Jeff were great, very polite and accommodating 😀
