As always, I got my car back in a timely manner. All the work was done excellently. And, when there is something in the inspection that needs to be done, they will always tell me if it needs to be done right away or is it something that has to be done in the next few months. They are never out to tell you unnecessary things just to make more money. Mike and Kristin are always so easy to work with and enjoyable to talk with when I go in.

Fantastic service and great hospitality as soon as you step into their office. We were able to drop our car off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. We will use them again in the future. 👍

We’ve been coming here for years without issue. Until this last visit. Brought my car in for a leak and a noise when turning. When I got my car back, there was a new and much worse noise and the leak remained. Wasn’t even addressed. Brought my car back and was told ‘this was nothing we did….’ and ‘repairs will be 5k+’. Took my car elsewhere. And was told that the transmission (which Gages Lake Auto serviced) had old and water ridden fluid. They officially ruined my car. Absolutely do not recommend taking your car here. Full disclosure- they did refund me for service I paid for without question, but that doesn’t make the situation okay.

Just like always, they diagnosed the problem and got everything repaired in a timely manner.

So helpful as always. Appreciate how accommodating and quick to help everyone is.
