You can't ask for better customer service, ease of making an appointment if you need a loaner they have one for you and the exceptional work being done to your vehicle in a timely manner.

Gages Lake Auto really surpassed our expectations. We had a terrible experience where a dealership botched an oil change, then said we needed to replace the engine. Jonny found out the problem was actually a damaged filter. Our problems were fixed for a very reasonable price. The service is top notch. We will definitely be using them again.

These guys keep our 2006 Malibu SS in safe running condition. we dropped it off the night before and they got it checked out early and we needed to replace some connectors to the front sway bar. they got the parts and we had the car back by 2PM. We will be having them start serving our newest vehicle, our "baby", a 2018 4Runner SR5. this will be the 5th car they have serviced for us in the 13+ years we have been going there. we only have the Malibu and 4Runner now but their service on the other cars was always great. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else. From the service advisors to the mechanics, all are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.
