Great service!

The results are in, yes 5 stars, because that's the highest you can go. Had my 86 TransAm there for two issues that needed addressed. After their complete checkout of the car both mechanical and electrical some 60 plus items, they sent me a detailed list of all items checked. They even found a problem that I never knew I had but affected the car's performance greatly. Yes it took awhile for parts and Mike, the classic car fix it guy to be available but now the TransAm never ran better. Thanks also to Mike and Kristen for their help along the way. Absolute professional grade shop, try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Well it was time to take our"baby" in for and oil change and overall check. Talking about our 2018 Toyota 4Runner. this is our fifth car over a span of 15 years that we have brought to Gages Lake Auto. We still have them keeping our 2006 Malibu running and on the road. The dealer kept trying to tell us the the 4Runner needed an alignment, ac service, etc. So we decided to bring it to Gages Lake even though we had 5 months left on the extended maintenance plan we had bought. the advisors at Gages Lake were great as always and got our truck in the shop quickly and took care of all our concerns. Since it take s synthetic oil it will be going back every 8 months for an oil change and they will check it all over every time and advise us if it needs anything like brakes, etc. Got the truck back before noon. They have never steered us wrong on any of the cars we have brought to them and will continue to use their services. Thank you to Paul and all the employees!

Excellent HONEST service! I have been going here for years and always recieve great service. This time I brought in a truck that was running very rough. They found one air intake hose had simply become disconnected. Simple very inexpensive fix, they could have "thrown" parts at it and run up the bill but they didn't. I highly recommend this shop. Honest garages are hard to find and worth their wieght in gold.

Clean loaners. They only fix what needs to be fixed. I appreciate that. So many repair places will pad their work with MORe work.
