The entire staff at Gages Lake Auto has always been very helpful and honest. They always identify issues and place a timeline on when repairs should be considered. This visit they even had my loaner car warming up in their lot for me when I arrived! That's great customer service!

After more than 15 years they haven't let us down yet! Back in the day, my 3 now teen-agers were in 3 car seats and one of the service advisors would always run out to help me move the seats and transfer the kiddos to the courtesy van he had warming up for us. The other day I returned their courtesy vehicle and they had fired mine up just 5 minutes earlier so that it would be warm for me. Old Betsy (my van, not me) is 21 years old now , and the guys at Gages Lake Auto get that we are in the final stages and just buying time. They explain what repairs we should make for safety reasons and which ones we should just keep an eye on. Time and time again, this crew proves there is STILL good customer service to be had out there.
