I have been going to Gages Lake Auto Services for a number of years now. Each time, beginning with making the appointment, I am met with friendly conversation, with Todd or CJ. The team is very thorough with their approach on what needs to be done, and what can possibly wait, if you are on budget. When I pickup my car, even though it is a 2008, it always feels and drives like it is brand new. Another point I would like to make is once your car is finished with the work, you never have to have it redone, I personally am a stickler about this, because we all are very busy, and do not want to take the car back multiple times. I've been driving by here for 2 years, always busy. I am an Uber driver and I broke down while on the clock in Lake Forest. Wildwood tow came and picked me up and dropped me off at home as it was 4am. My van was fixed promptly and in a very professional manner. Everyone I dealt with was positive and professional. Not only was I given a detailed report of what was needed, but also, they provided an option for "just what's needed right now" as I was looking for a more economical choice at the moment. I will be binging my Uber vehicle back for all needed services.
