Great Auto Repair, they treat your vehicle like it is their own.

Had two old cars and finally decided which one to keep. we decided to have the leaking gasket on the oil pan replaced as we could see more oil on the ground from winter. also due for a tire rotation and needed an alignment. got a loaner. when they started the car after all that work put in the new oil pan it was discovered the gasket in that one was bad so it took another day to get a new pan and gasket and out it in. no problem with all the additional time/labor. great guys as usual and great service.

I just can't say enough good things about Gages Lake Auto and their employees. Everyone is always so pleasant to work with and talk to. They take their time and do things right the first time. If the time estimate looks like it's going to run longer, they let me know as soon as possible. And they are always great about working with me to borrow a loaner vehicle. On a personal level, they have helped me out of a jam and have been so kind a caring with their help. As a bonus they are always great to my son when we come in. He actually looks forward to dropping off and picking up our vehicle. I always recommend them when someone is looking for trustworthy service. Someone I know even comes up from near Chicago to receive service with them.
